Amazing location and overall the staff was very very helpful. I had functional, neat room complete with toiletries and 2 queen-sized beds, as example. The breakfast was affordable and relatively cheap, the check in was early.

The room was brand-new and well-maintained with slippers, 2 single beds, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Free breakfast on the spot was available. The check-in was easy and the staff was well-trained.

Facilities were excellent, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel's location was central, also near MRT station. The staff was well-trained, they showed us what good service is supposed to be like.

The breakfast was relatively cheap and excellent on the spot, I greatly enjoyed it. The location was favourable, away from anywhere taxis want to charge over the normal fare or drive off with easy access to shopping centers and convenience stores.

The venue is fairly clean and huge with incredible staff members. The room is extremely spacious and huge and essentials you need, including cable channels, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities, is right there. The services are superb, including a good pool.

Everything was good, had a very comfortable stay for the holidays. Our executive twin room was modest, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were eager to help with any questions or requests. Truly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and several malls worth visiting. Taxis are easily accessible and don't overcharge.

The staff can be rude and lack manners, except for the pool attendant.

I got an a nice size room with 2 queen beds. It had central location close to Estancia Mall.

Our stay at Privato Ortigas was worth every penny. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, with spacious and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, approachable, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with various food establishments nearby.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of food options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hot/cold shower was efficient and easy to use. The beds were extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was shallow, which was perfect for our toddler to enjoy. We loved that there were sunbathing chairs in the pool area for us to relax and keep an eye on our child. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The bar terrace offered a nice view, and the hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants at Capitol Commons. The wifi connection was good, and the air conditioning in the room was effective.

Location: the hotel was right by mall, different restaurants and Close to the shops. I really enjoyed the room with breakfast, the bed was comfy. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the roof top bar.
